
Keri Ladouceur
Keri is the founder of New Ground Network, and Lead Coach on client engagements. She pastors alongside of her husband at Vineyard Christian Church. As a coach, Keri serves pastors and church leaders by facilitating processes that catalyze them towards seizing their unique vision and develop their team’s capacity. Her coaching has been shaped as a former marketplace executive, pastor and senior leader at Willow Creek Community Church, with more than a decade of coaching Pastors and non-profit leaders. The thrill of launching more than 90 missional communities and having a front row seat to the missional engagement of 100s of churches is exhilarating to her. She is an associate on the Exponential team where she teaches at conferences and contributes to their leadership resources. Her newest project is launching a podcast that facilitates conversations exploring the tension of following Jesus and the invitation for the Church to pace culture. Keri, Marc and their two kids Leah and Liam have a blast looking for adventure in their hometown of Florence, KY and exploring their downtown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kevin Smith
Kevin is the Human Resources Director at a national marketplace organization, run on faith based values as well as a tenured elder in his church. He has more than sixteen years of experience developing people, systems and a philosophy of ministry to Human Resources work. He brings a distinct passion for people, recognizing that in most organizations any ministry problem is a people problem. His expertise in solving complex problems, facilitating learning frameworks and planning for the future serve every organization he invests in. His passion to see people thrive at the nexus of competency, courage and challenge make him a tremendous developer of leaders and teams. His experiences crafting and leading through a thoughtful and multifaceted succession plan allow him to serve churches with experience and expertise. He is an avid sports fan, devoted husband to Kristina and committed dad to three awesome kids!

Heather Riddick
Heather Riddick is a Learning & Performance Consultant, who specializes in coaching ministry leaders and executives into harnessing their individual talents and moving their mission forward. Using strengths-based development concepts and practical tools she empowers clients to maximize their potential and focus on being who they naturally are. Heather brings wisdom, insight and over 20 years of coaching to the churches that she serves. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and knows first-hand what it means to tap into your God given talents. While working in the insurance industry the opportunity to develop others led her on this coaching journey. She is a strengths’ evangelist and an inspiring speaker who has a heart for people.
Her specialties include partnering and consulting with ministry and business leaders to analyze performance gaps and evaluating the effectiveness of performance solutions to intentionally meet goals and strategies. She designs leadership training programs including, developmental and interactive skills training. in addition she serves the Office of Diversity & Inclusion by creating sustainable learning strategies that equip leaders and associates to demonstrate skills and behaviors that building a diverse and inclusive work environment.
She is a native of the Commonwealth of Virginia and currently resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband and dog, Dallas. She is on staff at The Vineyard: Florence and serves on the advisory board of Church in the Wild in Covington, KY. Heather earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Strayer University and is certified to facilitate team interventions and various leadership training programs. Kayla Hurst
Kayla Hurst is known to bring energy and passion wherever she goes and recently took all of that (and her family) to San Francisco, CA. She partners with the team at Northgate Christian Fellowship as Lead Pastor of the San Francisco Campus. She is truly a generalist, having served at Compass Christian Church in Discipleship, Adult Education, and ChurchOnline. Her ministry beginnings in Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry, and Worship set her up to thrive as an Executive Pastor prior to her new assignment. Kayla loves speaking, cultivating teams and activating leaders in order to connect people to God, the Church and their purpose.
Jon White
Jon is a pastor at Northgate- a multisite church in the Bay Area of San Francisco. He is a storyteller by nature, a song writer, and a teacher with a desire to see renewal in the Church in America. He has pastored in a variety of contexts around the country for just under a decade within mulitiple denominations. His roots in the brethren assemblies paired with his current role in a non-denominational gathering have given him a unique journey. He brings perspective and passion to the conversations regarding the way of Jesus as the producer and co-host of A Third Way podcast, a ministry of New Ground Network.
